"Quick delivery, no hassle"
I ordered a battery from tayna.co and it turned up pretty much the next day, which was great. The box was a bit on the heavy side, but the courier seemed friendly enough and handled it carefully. Tracking was all fine as far as I could tell, and there wasn’t any messing around. Overall, really pleased with the delivery

"Warranty sorted without any hassle"
Had a warranty issue with my order and, to be honest, I was a bit wary after paying in case it turned into one of those situations where you get ignored. But Tayna were actually really decent about it. Emails were clear, they replied quickly, and the replacement was sorted without any drama. Happy with how it all went and I’d use them again.

The battery showed up quickly and everything seemed fine when it arrived. I will say the delivery cost felt a bit high to me, and I’m still not totally sure how the battery will hold up long term. That said, it still worked out cheaper overall than a few other places I checked, so I can’t complain too much.

Ordered a battery from tayna.co and, to be honest, it’s been spot on so far. The car starts much quicker now, even on the cold mornings, which does make you wonder why I put up with the old one struggling for so long. Been using it for a few weeks and haven’t had any problems at all. Happy with it

"Arrived quick, but the packaging was annoying"
Battery turned up the next day just like they said, so no messing about there. It works fine and I’d probably use them again, but the packaging was a bit annoying. Too much packaging, a bit of a faff to open, and just more hassle than it needed to be. Still, delivery was quick and the battery did the job...

I used the reg checker on Tayna and, fair play, it pointed me to the exact battery my car needed. The terminals were in the right place and the size was spot on, so there was no messing about or having to send anything back. That’s how it should be really, if a company gives you a tool like that, it ought to be accurate, and in this case it was. Nice and straightforward.
